The documents required are:
• Copy of the registered sale/conveyance deed edifying the seller’s title.
• Duplicates of all earlier sale deeds (if any).
• Agreement to sell
• Receipt of payments made to seller (in original and duplicate, for convenience and handling)
• Copy of approved plan of construction
• Title search report attained from the concerned competent authority.
